Terms of Service
These terms apply to all chauffeured transportation booked with Fast Wheels Limousine And Transportation.
Reservations
A reservation is confirmed once our team contacts you with a confirmed vehicle, time, and rate. Requests submitted online are considered pending until confirmed.
Cancellations
Sedans and SUVs may be cancelled without charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled pickup. Limousines, vans, and buses require 48 hours' notice. Airport arrivals cancelled after the flight lands may incur wait-time charges.
Wait Time
Airport pickups include complimentary wait time after landing; domestic and international grace periods vary and are confirmed at booking. All other pickups include a 15-minute grace period, after which wait time is billed in increments.
Flight Delays
We track your flight and adjust automatically. You are not charged extra when your airline is delayed.
Passenger Conduct
Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles. Alcohol is permitted only where legally allowed and only for passengers of legal drinking age. Damage or excessive cleaning caused by passengers may be billed.
Liability
We are fully licensed and insured. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, or other conditions outside our control, though we plan routes and timing to minimize their impact.
